Non-contact laser processing eliminates the need for cutting dies. Design files can be imported directly for production, allowing complex contours, fine patterns and personalized products to be completed quickly while reducing manual trimming and secondary polishing.

Properly configured laser cutting produces clean, smooth acrylic edges for advertising displays, character stands, acrylic boxes, signage and decorative crafts. A vision positioning system can also identify printed graphics and perform contour cutting for better alignment between artwork and cut edges.
