Deguang Laser uses large-format automatic-feeding laser platforms for continuous feeding, intelligent nesting, shaped cutting, perforating and hollowing of roll fabrics.

The software can nest curtain, tablecloth, cushion and bedding pieces by size to reduce material waste. For printed materials, a panoramic vision system recognizes the printed position and cuts along the graphic contour.

Non-contact processing reduces pulling and deformation caused by mechanical blades on flexible materials. With appropriate settings, synthetic textiles can also be heat sealed along the cut edge, providing stable pieces for sewing, binding and assembly.

Equipment can be configured around fabric width, roll weight, artwork registration needs and the required daily throughput.
