Deguang Laser uses non-contact laser cutting to produce outer profiles, internal holes, layered slots, surface score lines and complex cut-outs directly from design files.

Because no mechanical blade compresses the workpiece, deformation of flexible foam can be reduced. Custom cavities for tool cases and protective electronics packaging can be produced quickly for multiple varieties, small batches and personalized orders.

Material composition, colour, density and thickness all influence processing. Sampling is recommended to establish suitable laser power, speed and extraction before production begins.

Recommended equipment includes CO₂ laser cutting systems with strong extraction and a working area selected for the sheet or roll dimensions.
