Deguang Laser combines industrial vision recognition with laser cutting. Cameras capture the printed artwork, identify outer contours, registration points or feature marks, and generate cutting paths from the actual print position.
The system compensates for moderate shifting, rotation and deformation in the fabric, helping to reduce misalignment between the print and the cut edge.
For large-format printed material, a panoramic vision system captures the complete working area at once to improve recognition and path generation. Automatic feeding can be added for continuous roll-to-roll identification, feeding and cutting.
This solution is well suited to short runs, mixed graphics and on-demand production where fast changeover and accurate contour following are essential.
