Pattern pieces can be imported into the control system, which automatically cuts heads, bodies, ears, limbs and decorative parts along the nested paths. For printed plush fabrics, a vision system can extract the printed contour and cut it accurately.

Because no cutting die is needed, the system responds quickly to new samples and multi-style production. Optimized nesting improves fabric utilization and reduces both offcuts and manual cutting variation, providing consistent pieces for downstream sewing.
