Deguang Laser combines vision positioning with laser cutting. Industrial cameras identify the woven pattern, registration mark or edge feature, automatically generate a cutting path and complete continuous cutting.

Rectangular, round, oval and irregular labels can be processed. The path is corrected against the actual artwork position to reduce errors caused by feeding drift, weaving deformation or print variation.

Automatic feeding enables continuous recognition, positioning and cutting of roll labels. On many synthetic labels, laser cutting also heat seals the edge to reduce fraying.

Recommended equipment includes compact vision laser cutters and automatic-feeding label systems configured for label size, roll width and target output.
