Professional nesting software arranges puzzle pieces efficiently on each sheet to improve material utilization. Animals, buildings, maps, characters and irregular shapes can be processed accurately along the design path in a single operation.

No physical cutting die is required. Customers can move quickly from a design file to sampling and production, making the process well suited to creative products, multiple styles, personalization and small-to-medium batches. Optimized power, speed and air-assist settings help reduce charring and improve the finished appearance.
